Battle of the Bridges Wine Dinner: Old Bridge Cellars

An evening of fine food, fine wine, and a little friendly rivalry.

In collaboration with Old Bridge Cellars, on Saturday, 20 September, this unique event will see Jay from OBC North Freo and Aly from OBC Como go head-to-head, each pairing their favourite wines with our Chef’s specially curated five-course menu.

From the very first oyster to the final cheese plate, your palate will be taken on a journey of bold flavours, elegant textures, and carefully matched wines. The challenge? To decide who paired it best.

Time: 6:30pm start

Cost: $105 per person – prepayment required at booking

MENU:

First – Fresh Shucked South Australian Oysters with Mignonette 

Second – Shark Bay Prawn & Crab Tart with Bisque Dressing

Third – Amelia Park Lamb, Two Ways; Double Lamb French Cutlets & Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder Hash, Roasted Caponata, Buttered Cabbage and Jus

Fourth – Poached Pear with Angostura Bitter Syrup, Green Apple Sorbet and Sweet Crumble

Fifth – Local Cheese Plate – Brie, Blue & Cheddar, Quince Paste and Artisan Crackers
