Breast Cancer Day @ RFGC – Another great fundraising effort from our mid-week Women!

On Friday 18th August we hosted our annual Breast Cancer Day at the Club, to raise funds for Breast Care WA.

As usual, our mid-week women put on an outstanding day for all players and it was great to welcome a number of visitors to our club to participate.

Our clubroom’s and golf course were beautifully themed in pink in honour of the day and it was fantastic to see our course staff really get behind the theme – didn’t the boys look dashing in pink!

Thanks to our members for their baking efforts, lotto boards and other donations that contributed to the fundraising effort – we raised a fantastic $3900 for Breast Care WA across the day.

To our Life Member, Ann Maker, who champions this event every year – our sincere thanks – your efforts certainly pay off!
